Make Christmas more magical for the kids! Sign up to have them receive texts from Santa everyday until Christmas day!
It’s almost Christmas season and this means there will be a lot of yummy holiday meals to be shared with our friends and family. Although Christmas and New Year parties can be fun, it can also be totally chaotic for us moms, what with all the planning, shopping and cooking that we have to do. Let’s add to that all the cleaning and washing afterwards.
I don’t usually accept guest posts on my blog but when Veronica reached out to me with her article on how to bring holiday cheer to the hospital, I just had to say yes. Her story spoke to me in so many ways. I know what it’s like to be attending to someone who’s sick while the holidays is in full swing. You feel alone and secluded.
Christmas is just around the corner and I have the perfect round-up of Christmas ornaments to make with the kids!
Are you excited for the Holidays? Here in our country, Christmas season starts in September so some of the malls here are already decked with Christmas decorations. For me, I like DIY-ing Christmas decors and ornaments because it gives me and the kids a chance to bond and have quality time. I remember doing the same thing with my mom when I was a kid! She would always come up with unique decorating ideas. I remember this one time when we had this weird but awesome looking Christmas tree made from coconut husk! It was definitely a conversation starter whenever we had guests.
